Established bankruptcy and commercial law firm in seeking associate with 0 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate would be currently licensed (or soon to be licensed) in Texas. Associate is expected to excel with research and writing and to assist on primarily chapter 7 cases with an opportunity to assist with Mergers & Acquisitions as well. Associate is also expected to be available for court attendance and depositions and to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Remote work available to the right candidate.
