Jorge Garay is a senior associate who represents clients in complex real estate, construction, and commercial litigation matters. He brings a disciplined, client-focused approach grounded in technical precision, strategic clarity, and a deep commitment to achieving efficient, results-driven outcomes.
Jorge’s practice spans a broad range of disputes, including construction litigation, real estate litigation, and high-stakes commercial matters. He is known for his ability to distill complex legal and factual issues into clear, actionable strategies—helping clients navigate risk and make confident decisions in demanding environments.
Before joining Quadros, Migl & Kilmer, Jorge developed a diverse litigation background representing both plaintiffs and defendants across multiple practice areas. At Daniels and Tredennick, PLLC, he handled personal injury and commercial litigation matters, successfully resolving several high-value cases. His experience also includes impactful work with Texas Right to Life, where he helped families secure temporary restraining orders in sensitive brain-death disputes involving hospitals.
Jorge’s litigation experience further includes representing landlords in eviction proceedings and practicing in both state and federal courts. While at Olson & Olson, LLP, he managed a high-volume docket of approximately 300 ad valorem tax cases, serving as first chair in jury trials and representing the Harris Central Appraisal District. This work provided him with substantial experience in residential and commercial real estate valuation and close collaboration with appraisal experts.
He began his legal career at The Pinkerton Law Firm, where he focused on personal injury litigation and built a strong foundation in case development, client advocacy, and trial preparation.
Jorge’s academic background in philosophy from the University of Houston-Downtown continues to inform his analytical rigor and structured approach to problem-solving. Combined with his legal training, this foundation allows him to approach complex disputes with both intellectual depth and practical judgment.
At Quadros, Migl & Kilmer, Jorge continues to handle a wide range of litigation matters, maintaining a steady focus on precision, efficiency, and client service. He is valued for his thoughtful advocacy, strong courtroom presence, and ability to guide cases from inception through resolution with clarity and control.
